Hi there all planet savers!

I am interested in every kind of alternative energy sources ... yet as
an BBA with IT specialization and strong believe in open source I
wander if there are some open source projects , related to the
discovery of let say better gened algae spaces for the production of
biofuels ...

I would use some of my free time coding something in Perl if I would
know that it would benefit the development of an profitable and
sustainable alternative energy source ... and of course for fun ,
since I love Perl and it could do anything imaginable in the field of
data processing ....
