Subject: For Sale: Trailer with 720 watt Solar Array

The trailer is a 27 foot aluminum frame 1981 Holiday Rambler.

It also has a wood stove.

The solar equipment consists of: 2 Kyocera 120 watt panels, 6 Siemens 55
watt panels, and 2 BP 85 watt panels. A Trace SW4024 4000 watt sinewave
inverter and a Solar Boost 50 amp charge controller. Yes, the rack cranks
up. The approximate replacement cost of the solar equipment is around
$6000.

The battery banks consist of 8, 6volt Trojan 105s, in 2 banks of 24volts.
The batteries are 6 years old but seem fine.

Everything works even the A/C. I has a R/O water filter with a 3 gal. tank.
The fridge is an electric Kenmore. New vinyl tile floor. I interior is very
nice. New porcelain toilet. New vanity because it needed to be bigger to
hold the battery banks. It has a continuous flow tank-less water heater
by Precision Temp that cost $750.

The trailer's axles are rated at 3500 lbs. each so I would think that the
towing cap. of the tow vehicle should meet that (7000). You can look in your
owner's manual or on your vehicle's door post sticker for its capacity. My
equalizing hitch goes with the trailer.

Thanks,

Erick
