It will be far simpler to measure the DC input volts and amps to the circuit.

I'm fairly convinced that JW's 'experimenter' friends think they getting over-unity
because the cheap meters they use under-read high frequency AC and pulse waveforms.

Measuring the actual DC input power will tell the whole truth (and be more truthful
overall too).
