I checked / and it did have quite a bit of
information on sustainable energies, but I still wonder which German
Universities have sustainable energy programs

I am not trying to gain my degree online totally. But many schools
would let you do most of it online (using private chat room with your
colleagues, etc, which, IMHO, are as "present" as if you were actually
on campus)
