Will of the People. By that, you mean the latest thing the popular
media puts out and "The People" end up repeating, rather than allowing
people to form their own opinions and convey them to their
representatives?

I just recall a Canadian newshead saying "The American people want to
know!" I wonder which Americans he was speaking for.
