No apportionment, no direct tax.
"Indirect" taxes are avoidable by avoiding the activity.
How is my "income" taxed "indirectly" if I am not engaged in a taxable
activity, the "income" of which IS A MEASURE F THE ACTIVITY FOR WHICH
I AM TAXED?
