I not have mutch experience with RV's, but here are my 2eurocents.
I do not think heating of a RV is a big problem, the space is not that
big. You could probarbly use a gas, diesel or parafine heater. If you
got electricity on site, you could use a heatpump(if the initial cost
is not too high.)
If it it supposed to stay in one place for a long time, you might even
put in some extra insulation.
Would think the biggest problem is to get a permanent plot to park it.
