you can open the release valve on the bottom of the carb (with a flathead
screwdriver) and if gas doesn't immediatly start running out the line,
you can (in a pinch) form a seal on the gas tank (where you pour in the
gas) with your mouth and give a little puff to force the gas through the
lines and get rid of a vapour lock or whatnot that might be causing the
gas blockage. That should prime things up pretty good in any case.
Then close the valve, turn on the choke and give her a yank.. it should
start
