If a given project reduces environmental impact and is economically
viable, it matters not how large its positive impact is.
We should not fall into the trap of looking for the one grand idea that
will solve all of our environmental problems and rejecting less grand ideas that
can make a smaller impact. It is that type of thinking that brings us grand
boondoggles like the "hydrogen economy". I would be happy to settle for a
million good ideas that each make their own small contribution to the whole.
