Ok, I'm ready to listen. I did some math the first time I heard about
this stuff. Maybe I've got the numbers wrong, but where?

First is the official video

It is very likely this is faked. There is a good pdf out there that does
forensics on this video. But it was 'officially' released and shows the
aircraft at level flight by this point. There is also the lamp posts
that say the aircraft was on a fairly level path from the clover leaf on.

Here are the altitudes from the annex to the pentagon on the flight path.

from:
/ ?t=2&s=11&x=802&y=10760&z=18&w=1

Here is the geometry for the math.

/F77/images/

Start with ADB= 2*ABC.
ABC= tan^-1 (110/1500)=
Bisect ADB to work with a right triangle.
R= csc( ABC ) * AB/2, 10,000 feet.

This is the radius of the arc of approach. From there you can calculate
the force in that arc.

force in Gs at feet per second = 1 + v2/rg
1 + 800^2 / ( 10000 * 32 )= 3 Gs
1 + 500^2 / ( 10000 * 32 )= Gs
1 + 300^2 / ( 10000 * 32 )= Gs

The 'official consensus' velocity was 800 ft/s.

This is what the numbers say. That if the aircraft just touched the
ground at the annex, moving 800 ft/s, it would have to be in a 3G pullup
from the annex to the pentagon. It also means that for an optimum
approach, (minimum Gees), that it would have to be on a vector pointing
at exactly half way between the annex and the pentagon when it touched
the ground at the annex. If the aircraft, with perfect execution, were
to clear the ground by 100 feet at the annex then the forces double.

So you have a pilot that is on a course to just clear the annex and on a
vector at the half way point suddenly pull into a 3-6G clime for
seconds then suddenly level out. That is some impossible flying
especially considering the other conditions. Conditions like the alleged
experience of this pilot and that the pilot had no idea he would be
making this maneuver before he got there.

This was the very first thing I looked at. I didn't even know about
building number 7 and the 'truth' movement. It was a challenge from
someone else that the approach looked very difficult. I though I was
going to show otherwise but the numbers said I couldn't. After that, I
had to doubt the official story. And everything else I discovered after
that made it one amazing day.
