But admits he pays his taxes now because he does not want to go back to the
slammer. That makes him a hypocrite as well as a fraud.

As long as he pays his taxes and continues to carefully avoid telling people
to do what he advocats but does not do himself, no judge will. If and when
he steps over that line, you will see how fast a judge will shut him down.
And if he decides to play the same game he did before, the judge at his next
trial will not give a lenient sentence for paying up as the judge did last
time.

If it is true that you dobn't pay taxes when you should (something I don't
believe for a moment) eventually the IRS and gthe justice department will
catch up with you and at the very least extract from you every penny you owe
plus penalties and interest. If they don't put you away for the maximum time
allowed along with the hefty fine that goes with conviction..
