I have a better idea, mein Fuhrer...ehm...Mr President!
Reprocess uranium and transuranium (long lifes) elements for recycling,
eliminate them, dump resulting (short lifes) fission products wherever you
want, not necessarily high isolated areas. In the while, we have saved a lot
of natural uranium not to mine
