I think that is a good choice for someone in your situation who is in
tune with nature and has a generator as A PRIMARY POWER SOURCE.
But, my opinion is that For weekend camping (the original post) or
Hurricane or other emergency use, the 250 gal propane tank is much
easier to live with.
Storing, treating, rotating and obtaining gasoline or even diesel gets
old.
