Maybe the framers of the Constitution were forward thinking, to today when
"some assembly required" is found on most of the Christmas presents bought
for the kiddies.
Wife: "Honey, are you finished putting that bike together?"
Hubby: "Leave me alone!! The Constitution gives me the right to "peaceable
assembly"."
