Since he is planning on using a "Double Breaker, in his Main Panel,
to feed the Sub-Panel in the "New Shed", most folks would "Assume"
that he would be feeding 240Vac SinglePhase thru the conduit, which
if PVC, would require 3 Ea. #6 Wires, plus a Ground.
