It's quite funny that there's no transcript of the deposition. An act
of sabotage that would so clearly be at the heart of an unjust verdict
would be grounds for immediate dismissal. Such an act of sabotage
would at least clearly justify an appeal.
Yet Meyer never spent the few thousand dollars to have the tapes
transcribed to text so he could use them in an appeal. He always
claimed he was going to appeal, yet he never did anything toward an
appeal.
Why didn't Meyer appeal?
