These two seater 100% electric little jobs are buzzing around London. Those
with underground car parks in apartment blocks, just plug them in overnight.
The Toyota Prius is "very" popular in London. You don't pay the congestion
charge or parking in the centre if you drive electric or a hybrid.
Congestion charges may rise.

A Pollution charge was introduce a few weeks ago. $400 to take a truck over
20 tons into the centre of London. It will increase to lower tonnages soon.

There is also a pollution charge on cars in the UK. The more the emissions
the more the annual road tax.
