Almost none comes to mind. Most living things are mostly water, The
jellyfish is doubly so. Plants make more sense as biofuel inputs.

If you are going after animals for the purpose, you want to use ones
with a high fat content. Ideally, it shuld be a side product of some
other industry. The meat industry makes and good example of this. If
not, you would be best off rendering politicans an lawyers. Although
they are not good to eat (have you ever tried to clean one) they have
a high fat content and thus an higher energy per pound.
