Sure, you'll probably want to use higher voltage than typical battery
charging wind turbines to minimize wire loss.

You don't mention how much power you need or how much wind you have so
there is no way to say how big the turbine needs to be. Yes, there are
light turbines but will they work for your purposes?

If you could find a turbine that generates high voltage directly then
it'll work a little better than using a voltage booster. You could,
for example, use parts from these guys and replace their 12/24/48
stator with one wound for 240V or whatever voltage you need.
