Actually not. A power/signal-eating antenna isn't terribly difficult
to build, though I doubt that it'd provide enough energy to be worth
the materials cost.

The keyword is "interference" rather than "jamming". If you re-read
the regs, I think you'll find that interfering with a legitimate
broadcast is considered a definite "no-no".
