First thing here, the FCC has NO Scientists in it's employe. They only
employe Lawyers, Economists, and Engineers. Oh I forgot, they also employ
Politico's as well. Resonant Circuits don't "Produce" anything. They
are not OverUnity, in ANY Fashion, as they ALL have Internal Resistance,
which dissipates any energy in the Resonant Circuit as HEAT, and will
eventually cause ALL the energy in a Resonant Circuit to be dissipated,
and kill the resonance.

You should send your High School Graduation Diploma back to whomever
issued it, as you obviously didn't learn ANYTHING in Physics Class...
