Easy. Take the cost of the turbine and multiply by about 3 for the
tower, then add your controller costs and hope you have a humungous
battery capacity to handle the boil overs when the wind blows.

The power output is proportional to the cube of the wind speed. This
means your batteries go dead when small winds blow and burn out when
big winds blow.
