It looks like Stanley Meyer's brother Stephen has been working on
promoting the lore of the water fuel cell, complete with half-billion
dollar buyout offers from the Arabs and the oil companies, Belgian
investers wanting to fund a research laboratory, and Meyer's murder
via poisoning.

Sheesh. The stupidity of some people. If I were a little less honest
I could make a killing off of people just like Meyer did.
